In collaboration with AO McKinnon and J. Pycock he is in the process of writing the first edition of  Current Therapy in Equine Reproduction which will be available in 2004.

From the beginning we established a loyal and high quality clientele. Our practice works on all types of horses from thoroughbreds and standardbreds to miniature horses. In addition to our local clients in the greater Vancouver area and the Fraser Valley Veterinary Reproductive Services has consulted for breeders and veterinarians in over 15 countries. Veterinary Reproductive Services is proud to be able to establish contacts and foster networking between our local clients and those in other countries.

Dr. Juan C. Samper is the owner of  Veterinary Reproductive Services. He graduated from Veterinary school in 1982 and after 3 years in large animal practice specialized in animal reproduction (Theriogenology) at the  University of Minnesota.

In addition to his vast private practice experience, Dr. Samper has been on the faculty at the Ontario Veterinary College as well as the veterinary school at Kansas State University. He has lectured or worked in over 25 countries. Among his many accomplishments Dr. Samper is a past President of the Society for Theriogenology www.therio.org
